On the bay south of Mobile, where the container ships can be loaded and unloaded...
Three weeks ago, I spent some time on a boat in Mobile Bay, Alabama, looking for inspirational settings for a set of paintings in preparation for an art show later this year. One of the scenes was captured in the painterly view of the stern elevation of the container ship Eversafety from Singapore.
Little did I know or did anyone expect, but this would turn into a timely set of painted views in direct response to the tariffs being issued by the current President. Lets see what happens next.
