Creation without Fear, notes from the talk

Our design meeting in Seattle was full of events, discussions and presentations.  One of the most interesting and energetic talks was from Brian Murphy from XBox, and he woke the morning group with a thoughtful and fascinating look at creating, innovating, discovering and more.  Here are my diagram/capture notes.
