Outside and inside of my work life at Gensler in Oakland, California, I try my best to find those valuable moments of free time to draw and sketch the events, spaces and environments on my journeys... I think about Robert Byron touring through regions of the Middle East in search of unique towers and monuments, and I think of the young Bruce Chatwin venturing through portions of South America and falling in love with Patagonia...Douglas Wittnebel...
The blog serves as a collection space for a variety of musings and observations of the world around us...through the use of sketches, drawings, photos, images and videos...intended to be shared and to stimulate thoughts, ideas and inspirations...douglas wittnebel
