Inside and outside of my creative life, I always find those valuable moments of time to draw and sketch the some of events, spaces and environments on my journeys... Sometimes I think about Robert Byron touring through regions of the Middle East in search of unique towers and monuments, and wonder about Bruce Chatwin venturing through the southern tip of South America and falling in love with Patagonia...Douglas Wittnebel...

back to the iPad for a test drive...
It has been a good while since I last posted anything of relevance on this site. Last night after meeting with a client in the southern part of the city, I decided to pull out of the long line of traffic heading northward. This view from Candlestick Point looking south was drawn on the iPad and I can sense the great potential of future apps and techniques to be tested and explored...

Napa Mills building, Silos, towers, brick and history...
Always a pleasure to come across buildings and agglomerations of buildings and structures that have been restored and re-used with different degrees of care and respect...this complex associated with Hatt and then added and expanded during the time of need for grain storage and warehousing by the Napa river is home to the Celadon restaurant...
